My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, with access to dining and shopping on East State Street, but the rooms had multiple maintenance issues and felt small for a long stay. The service was hit-and-miss, with friendly staff but key card programming problems. Dining options were limited to packaged snacks, and the facilities were lacking in amenities.

Despite being grilled on check-in and signing a paper agreeing not to smoke, the room reeked of smoke and smelled like an ashtray. However, the service was genuinely awesome, and the staff worked with us to resolve the problem. The location was convenient and easy to find, although it was lacking some maintenance outside. The dining experience was disappointing, and the facilities were a bit to be desired.
